RESIDENCE at the Potter offers a diverse range of event and off-site catering solutions. Whether you’re planning a breakout lunch, a canapé reception, or a formal sit-down dinner, RESIDENCE at the Potter can tailor an experience to suit any occasion.

At RESIDENCE, we are dedicated to innovation and the creation of distinctive, memorable experiences. Our goal is to curate a catering and events program that inspires our guests and elevates the standard of hospitality within the University of Melbourne.

OUR CATERING PACKAGES

GRAZING TABLE

Our grazing table style catering consists of a range charcuterie, cheese, dips and accompaniments. it’s designed to cater to groups large or small and is a perfect way to have a more casual style gathering. We can cater to most dietary needs.

SEATED DINING

Our seated dining experiences range from a more casual family style service to a curated CHERRYWOOD experience at the restaurant. Let our passionate chefs create an elevated dining event for you. Perfect for donor events, speaker events and celebrations.

THE CHERRYWOOD MENU.

The CHERRYWOOD experience is a seasonally crafted expression of our Chef, Robbie Nobles, heritage of food and cooking. It is our most elevated dining experience.

$120 per head on food for a 4 course tasting menu (Max 30 ppl)

Minimum spend $2,000, for groups under 14 our minimum spend is $120 per head.

4 COURSE FAMILY STYLE DINNER.

This family style dinner curated by our exec chef Jasper Avent is designed for large groups. Share from a table full of food over 4 courses. This premium product delivers a seasonal and elegant offering suited to any style of large seated event. Max 110 ppl)

CANAPÉ SERVICE

Our canapé service provides guests with an exceptional product for a cocktail style event. Our canapés range from small bites to larger handheld bowls. You can choose from a range of options to make sure you have the right package for your event. We can cater to all dietary needs.

PRICING:

$40 per head - 4 small canapés - 1 hour - 2 hot & 2 cold

$110 per head - 4 small canapés, 2 large canapés - 3 hours - 3 hot & 3 cold

Add on - Any small canapé $12 - Any large canapé $18 - Any sweet canape $10

Enjoy a range of premium local and international wines curated by our sommelier.
